The three-decker, as well known as the club sandwich, occurs as nature and severity of sandwich which originated in the USA. It consists of ternary slices of light bread, typically toasted, turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.

Within Denmark a club sandwich refers to a toasted bread or bun sandwich by owning the filling of chicken, curry dressing, bacon, and ordinarily lettuce and tomato.
